Managing Partner/ WRG Culinary Director

Walace has been cooking since he was a child on his family farm, growing up in both Italy & Brazil his appreciation & knowledge of food is unmatched! Walace was an Executive Chef for The Back Bay Restaurant Group’s Italian division known as Papa Razzi. Walace oversaw the Burlington & Wellesley kitchens for over 12 years until Mr. Sarkis sold the company in 2012. Walace joined the Wellesley Restaurant Group in 2018 as a Regional Chef & he was quickly promoted to Culinary Director in just 6 months. Walace enjoys fishing, traveling & perfecting his lawn at his home in Methuen, MA with his sons Wally Jr & Max.
